Finally version 1.3.0 with Guides & Rulers is out ….Here are the main features of the new option:
- You can turn on/off the ruler with View>Show Rulers (cmd-R)
- Double click on the ruler to create a new guide specifing position
- Drag from the ruler a new guide (or both guide if you drag from top left corner
- Drag a guide out of the screen to delete it
- ctrl-click on a guide then “Edit Guide” can precisly edit it
- ctrl-click on a guide then “Remove Guide” to delete the guide
- ctrl-click on a ruler show the ruler menu with the capability to change units etc.
VectorDesigner 1.3.0 add also single key keystroke to activate common tool bar options:
- Select Tool - 1
- Rectangle Tool - 2
- Oval Tool - 3
- Rounded Rectangle Tool - 4
- Polygon Tool - 5
- Star Tool - 6
- Text Tool - 7
- Sketch Path Tool - 8
- Sketch Smooth Path Tool - 9

We released today the version 1.1.0:
- EPS and PDF vectors import (or AI files that has been saved with PDF Compatibility)
- New SVG import using the latest WebKit : it requires Safari 3.1

We just released a new updated version 1.0.5 (1202):
- Delete now delete an element or a path point depending on the current selection.
- Improved ColorSync use.
- Improved Tiger compatibility.
- Improved performance on PowerPC.
- Minor bug fixing.
We are working on a new VectorDesigner import option for the EPS and PDF file formats.
In the current VectorDesigner version the PDF and EPS are handled as vector entity but they can not be ungrouped and edited.
The new import will allow the files to be ungrouped and edited at vector level and it will support (import) Adobe Illustrator files saved with the PDF Compatibility on.
Just release a new update to the VectorDesigner 1.0.4 (1192).The new update contains the following :
- Align Object Tools: in the Arrange -> Align Object menu.
- Actual Size Zoom accellerator cmd-0.
- Shift click now remove objects from the current selection.
- Improved the picking to allow the selection of small object without zooming in-out.
- Rotation angle now takes negative values.
- Exported options not visible on some Mac OS X installations.
